Policy Coverage:
Applies to ADV bags, packing cubes, and dampeners purchased directly from our website or authorized retailers. Proof of purchase is required. You can register warranty for your product here.

We’ll do everything in our power to ensure your gear remains fully functional and defect-free for years to come.
Warranty Coverage
We make durable goods for athletes / active lifestyles and stand behind the quality of our bags and accessories with the following warranty terms:
- ADV Bags & Packing Cubes: Backed by a 10-Year Limited Warranty against material and workmanship defects that impact core functionality.
- ADV Dampeners: Backed by a Lifetime Warranty against material and workmanship defects that impact performance.
Material refers to zippers, buckles, fabrics, and elastics. Workmanship refers to seams, seam tape, and overall construction. If your ADV bag, packing cube, or dampener becomes non-functional or defective, we will replace it with a fully-functioning item in the same or better condition.
What Is Not Covered
Cosmetic damage and normal wear and tear of our products are not covered under our warranty. This includes damage that naturally occurs during the life and use of the product. Common examples of wear and tear that would not be covered include:
- Rips, tears, and misuse
- Cosmetic blemishes, scratches, and stains
- UV degradation and fading colors
- General breakdown of materials over time and extended use
We believe in the integrity of our products and the responsibility of our customers. While our warranty is designed to support the natural life of your gear, it’s not a license to misuse or abuse it. Please use your judgment when assessing whether your product’s issue falls under these exclusions.
Warranty Claim Process
To initiate a warranty claim, please provide the following:
- Your order number and proof of purchase
- Photos of the issue(s)
- A detailed description of the issue(s)
To start a warranty claim, click here. Our team will respond within 5-7 business days with instructions and next steps. Repairs and replacements are issued at ADV’s sole discretion.
Limitations
We’ve built our reputation on creating high-quality gear and offering the best customer service out there, and we’re going to keep up our end of that bargain. We kindly ask our customers to keep up their end, too. However, there are a few limitations to our warranty:
- Cosmetic Damage: Natural wear and tear, scratches, blemishes, and stains are not covered. We design our gear to develop character over time, not flaws.
- Intentional Misuse: The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, neglect, or intentional destruction. For example, using gear outside its intended purpose or in ways that compromise its functionality will void the warranty.
- Lost or Stolen Items: We cannot replace lost or stolen items. For added peace of mind, we recommend insuring your gear.
- Fraudulent Claims: Claims suspected of being fraudulent, including intentional damage or duplicate claims, will be denied.
- Inspection Requirements: In some cases, we may require you to send the product to us for inspection or verification before approving a warranty claim.
ADV reserves the right to modify this policy at any time.
Liability Release
Our bags are designed and built to handle the demands of competitive racquet sports and beyond. While we engineer our products to be safe and reliable, ADV is not liable for any damage to your racquets, paddles, accessories, or other gear stored within our bags. Additionally, we are not responsible for any damage to property or bodily injury caused by the misuse or improper handling of our products. Please use your ADV gear responsibly to ensure a long and safe lifespan for both your equipment and yourself.
Additional Information
Wear and Tear: Depending on use and environment, products age at different rates. Warranty eligibility is determined by our team.
Replacements: When possible, we issue warranty replacements from our inventory of open-box or gently used items that meet our quality standards, or new items if those are not available. These replacements carry the same 10-year or lifetime warranty as your original purchase.
Shipping Costs:
- International Orders: For all international orders, shipping is not covered by ADV. Customers are responsible for shipping their items to ADV, as well as for shipping costs associated with any replacement or repaired units.
- Domestic Orders: For domestic orders, customers must cover the cost of shipping their items to ADV. However, ADV will cover the shipping costs of replacement or repaired units back to the customer.
Authorized Purchases Only: Items purchased from unauthorized resellers, aftermarket platforms, or anywhere other than ADV’s website or authorized dealers are not covered.
